Ride Resources
LIFT facilitates access to available transportation services, minimizes duplication of those services, and seeks cost-effective transport utilizing available resources. Our goal is to be a one-stop shop for coordinating transportation resources in the five (5) counties listed below, and throughout the region. Click on one of the tabs below to see the available resources in your area. Once you are ready for your ride, give us a call at 1-877-798-5438 and a LIFT Transportation Coordinator will get it scheduled for you.
