Volunteer Escort Driver
Volunteer Escort Driver program provides, as available, drivers using their own vehicles for door-to-door service. No wheelchair transport. Cost is 20 cents per mile from the driver’s point of origin and back, even when the trip requested is a one-way trip. Priority given to medical trips. Drivers also provide transportation for personal business and nutrition trips. Call two business days in advance of the trip.
Grocery Shopping Trips
Grocery Shopping program is a $2.00 flat fee for grocery shopping and other errands. Trips are run in Baraboo on Wednesday, Reedsburg on Thursday and Spring Green on Friday. Call by 4:30 pm Monday to reserve a seat on the bus. These are fully accessible trips.
Tuesday Travels
Tuesday Travels are designed to reduce social isolation and, for a flat $5.00 fee (some trips require additional fees), we’ll take up to 24 passengers for day trips in south central Wisconsin. Check the current issue of the Add Life Today newsletter for more information. We can accommodate up to two wheelchairs on every trip.
Wheelchair/motorized scooter transportation available for 20 cents a mile for medical or essential business trips and at a cost of $1.75 per mile for nonessential trips. Call not less than three business days in advance.

Veterans Affairs Medical Appointment Transport
A transport van is available for medical appointments in Tomah and Milwaukee. Veterans are to contact the DAVWI driver at 608-485-2325. Sauk County’s Mobility Management will coordinate rides for any Sauk County Veteran to a VA facility. Please call the transportation line at 608-355-3278.
